Michael Nichols

Michael joined Advocate in 2024 as a Client Relationship Associate.  His primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business accounts, maintaining existing client relationships, and supporting senior principals on assignments for major clients.

Prior to joining Advocate, Michael worked in real estate development for the Forward Development Group and for the US Senate. At Forward Development Group, he completed in-person construction site visits to ensure ongoing developments were up to municipal code. While working for the US Senate, he served as a point of contact for constituent outreach and casework. Michael graduated from UW-Madison with a B.B.A. in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics, Economics, and a certificate in Public Policy.

Outside of Advocate, Michael enjoys going on adventures, traveling, following current events, and going to the gym.
